CHILDREN’S MINISTRY:002215

We thank you for raising your children in the “training and instruction of the Lord” (Ephesians 6:4, NIV). To assist you in this process, our Children’s Ministry Department is staffed with experienced, qualified, and screened directors, teachers, and volunteers to provide your children with a dynamic developmentally-appropriate ministry, where you can entrust your children for spiritual growth and training. Our fun and exciting programs will bring your children face-to-face with the presence of God and will help them to grow in worship and prayer, their spiritual gifts, and come into a greater understanding of their relationship with God. Our ministries include:

OBF Nursery – 7 weeks – 24 months Director: Melissa Delmar

Praising Hands Preschool - 2 years – 5 years Director: Melissa Delmar

Light Brigade - K5 – 2nd grade Director: Melissa Delmar

Special Forces - 3rd – 5th grade Director: Sandon Jordan

Children’s Ministry Director – Pastor Cristin Hamman

If your child is unable to attend Children’s Ministry, you may keep your child with you in the adult service as long as he/she does not disturb those around them.

Nursing Mother’s Room – There is a Nursing Mother’s Room available for mothers and infants. This secured room is located directly left of the sanctuary entrance and features the service on closed-circuit TV. Please visit the Nursery/Preschool check-in desk for a key.

Service Times for Children’s Ministry is as follows:img_2760

Sunday mornings – 10 am – 12 noon

Sunday evenings – 6 pm – 8:30 pm

Wednesday evenings – 7 pm – 8:30 pm

Children’s Ministry will close at the times listed above. At that time, we ask that you please pick up your children from their classrooms and keep them with you. We strongly encourage you and your children to return to service together, if ministry is still in progress, that your children may receive the valuable impartation with you.
